Shop soiled

Reserved a watch online and went to store to collect it only to find that the watch I was to be sold was the display watch in the window! Despite the assistant going to collect the watch from the back of house area, This was confirmed by beaverbrooks as their usual practice to sell from the window ! But was assured that each time a watch is handled it is cleaned ? I obviously left the watch in their window display and will purchase elsewhere.
