With a rich family heritage, Royal Asscher has been owned by the Asscher family since its beginnings, and still is today.

The Queen of Netherlands gave the Asscher Diamond Company the Dutch Royal Predicate in 1980, giving the company their Royal accreditation as we know them by now.

Experts in their craft, Royal Asscher cut and finessed the world’s largest gem-quality rough diamond in 1908, which totalled 3,106 carats.
