How do I place a Finance order online?

1. Shop

Look for the ‘finance calculator’ on items over £349. Select your preferred term and deposit, then add the item to your bag.

2. Apply

Ensure the finance option is selected in the shopping bag, then proceed to checkout and select your delivery option, after which you’ll be taken to the V12 site to complete your application.

3. Decision

You’ll normally get a decision within a few moments.

4. Enjoy

We’ll send your order to the address or collection point you selected during checkout.

How can I find the status of my order?

Track the status of your order via your account online, simply log in or register here. Alternatively, we will send an email confirmation containing details of your order. As soon as we despatch your order, we will send another email to let you know it’s on its way.
