Where’s my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email update from Beaverbrooks with your individual postal tracking reference. This reference can be used to track the progress of your parcel with the courier directly. If for any reason your tracking reference is not showing details on your parcel as expected, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 169 2329.

How do I alter or cancel my order?
On the occasion that you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 169 2329. Please note dispatched orders cannot be altered or cancelled and will need to be returned via our returns process.

Can I get my ring resized?
Here at Beaverbrooks we offer complimentary resizing within the first 12 months of purchase ensuring the ring is a style that can be resized. In the first instance we would look to exchange the ring for the size required ensuring this is returned in brand new condition. For further advice, please visit your local Beaverbrooks store or contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 169 239.

How do I adjust my watch bracelet?
We want to ensure your watch fits perfectly, which is why we offer free watch resizing on all new purchases.
For online orders, we can adjust the bracelet on OMEGA, TAG Heuer, TUDOR and Breitling watches before we despatch to make sure it’s the perfect fit. Use our size guide to find your wrist size and enter it in during checkout. If you can’t find your wrist size in the options, please contact Customer Services on 0800 169 2329. Alternatively, you can select ‘Do Not Size’ and head to your nearest store to get it fitted.
For all other watch brand, please visit your local Beaverbrooks store who will certainly be able to help with the adjustment. Please note, TUDOR, Longines and Rado bracelets can only be altered by a stockist. For more information on this, please use our store locator here.
