What delivery options do you have?
We offer Standard Delivery (free on orders over £30), Next Day Delivery (free on orders over £75), Nominated Day Delivery (free on orders over £350), Click & Collect (free on orders over £30) or Reserve In-Store. Find out more on our delivery options below.

How long does delivery take?
For standard delivery orders placed before 4pm, your order will arrive within two working days. For next day delivery orders placed before 8pm Monday – Friday and 7pm Saturday – Sunday, your order will arrive the next working day. More information can be found below.

What time must I order by for next day delivery?
You must order by 8pm Monday-Friday and 7pm Saturday-Sunday for next day delivery. It also varies with stock availability - we feature a countdown on every product page eligible for next day delivery to advise when you must place your order by.

Will my order be shipped with Royal Mail or DPD?
The delivery courier is dependent on the product and the price; we use both DPD and Royal Mail. For orders over £350, this will be shipped with DPD. For ship from store orders (a product that's picked from one of our stores), we use Royal Mail. Your email tracking link will tell you the courier your order is dispatched with.

Can my order be delivered to a BFPO address or a PO box?
For security reasons we cannot deliver to BFPO and PO box addresses. We require a signature upon delivery.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive tracking information to the email address used to place your order. You can track your order’s journey by clicking on the tracking link or entering the tracking reference on the relevant courier’s website. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If it’s been longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 169 2329.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only.

Are all parcels tracked?
Yes, we only use fully tracked services which require a signature upon delivery.

Can I choose a specific day and time for my delivery?
We offer a nominated day delivery service. Whilst you cannot nominate a time, DPD will communicate an hour slot with you on the day of delivery providing you entered a mobile number on your order.

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?
Yes, providing your purchase has been paid for in full. For security reasons, finance purchases can be delivered to your billing address or one of our stores only.

Can my order be redirected to an alternative address?
You can request a redirection with our Customer Service & Sales Team on 0800 169 2329, providing your order has been despatched with DPD.
Please note this can delay your delivery by a couple of days. With purchases made on finance, the redirection can only be between the billing address or one of our stores. Redirections cannot be made on items despatched with Royal Mail and products that have already been delivered.

How does delivery work with finance orders?
Your item will be despatched if you have been accepted, have e-signed and successfully paid your deposit. Providing you have done this before our delivery cut off time and no additional information is required; the product will be despatched same day. We can offer delivery to your billing address or to one of our stores.

What happens if I’m not in for my delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card to advise collection from your local delivery office, alternatively you can rearrange delivery with them. DPD will try to redeliver 3 times before sending back to us- you can easily rearrange a convenient day for delivery with DPD by clicking on your tracking link or downloading the DPD app.

What’s the difference between Click & Collect and Reserve In-Store?
With Click & Collect you can order online and collect from over 12,000 locations nationwide. Reserve In-Store lets you reserve an item online in your chosen store for free (providing the item is available) to collect and pay in-store in as little as 2 hours.

How long will I have to collect my order?
For Click & Collect we’ll look after your order in-store for two weeks. We’ll send you reminders if you don’t collect your order, but if we haven’t heard from you after the two week period, your order will be cancelled and refunded. If you’ve chosen Reserve In-Store, we’ll hold your item for two days.

Can someone collect my order from store on my behalf?
For security reasons, only the person named on the order can collect the parcel from store with relevant ID.

What ID do I need to collect an order from store?
We accept the following forms of photo ID; a passport or driving license, the payment card (this must match the name on the order) and your online order confirmation.

Is Click & Collect free to use?
Our Click & Collect service is free on orders over £30. For anything under £30 there will be a £2.95 charge.

How do you use Reserve In-Store?
Enter your postcode or city in the Reserve In-store box on the product page to check if your item is available to reserve in a store near you. You can then pick up in as little as 2 hours.

Do I have to pay to use Reserve In-Store?
No, our Reserve In-Store service is free on all items. There’s also no deposit needed so you simply pay when you come in to collect. We’ll hold the item for 2 days.
