What should I do if I’ve received the wrong item?

I think my parcel may be lost, what can I do?
If you suspect your parcel has gone missing, please call our Customer Service & Sales Team on 0800 169 2329 with your order reference. When returning a parcel, always obtain proof of postage from the post office to ensure you’re covered.

How do I cancel my order?
Please call our Customer Service & Sales Team on 0800 169 2329 if you wish to cancel your order. Please note despatched orders cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned via our returns process.

We’re sorry if your product has arrived damaged. Please fill out your despatch note and post back to us using the freepost returns label and resealable box and our returns team will happily provide you with a refund or exchange (subject to availability).

When will my order arrive?
