Can I pay with more than one card?
You can pay via multiple debit or credit cards over the phone with our Customer Service & Sales Team on 0800 169 2329, or when purchasing in store. We can accept payment from one debit or credit only when purchasing online, although you can pay via Beaverbrooks gift card and debit or credit card if the purchase total exceeds your gift card balance.

Our Beaverbrooks gift cards can be used online at the payment stage in checkout, in-store or over the phone with our sales team.

My gift card has expired, what should I do?
Beaverbrooks gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase, which can be found in the terms and conditions on the back of the card. We cannot reactivate or accept expired gift cards.

What is your price promise?
Found your dream item cheaper elsewhere? We will happily match the price of branded items providing the request meets our Price Promise T&Cs:
- It is an identical product that is in stock.
- The retailer is an authorised stockist.
- The price may be advertised online or in-store, providing that the retailer has a physical store in the UK.
- The Beaverbrooks Price Promise is not available against online only retailers.

Why was my price promise request rejected?
The price promise request must match our terms and conditions. Some examples include (but are not limited to): the alternative retailer not being an authorised stockist of the brand, being an online only retailer, the product not being identical or in stock. When will I hear back regarding my price promise request?
We aim to get back to all our customers within 24 hours of your submitting your request. This may take a little longer on bank holidays.

Can I pay by finance with an accepted price promise?
This depends on the terms offered by the retailer we are price matching against. We will always let you know whether we require payment in full or can offer finance option, depending on what the alternative retailer is offering. Please note we cannot offer any terms above 36 months finance.

Can I use a promotional code with a price promise?
Our price matches cannot be used in conjunction with any other Beaverbrooks promotion or discount code.

How will you let me know if my price promise request has been accepted?
We will contact you via email to advise whether your request has been successful. This will be either in the form of an online discount code or an offer to use over the phone depending on terms.

Can I redeem my price promise in store?
Yes, providing the team in store can validate your request. Please either present your accepted price promise email to the team or speak with them regarding the request, which they will be happy to investigate. Subject to availability.

How do I submit a price promise?
Every branded product page on our website bears a link under the purple ‘Add to Bag’ button to a price promise request form. Please click on the link advising:

Can I submit a price promise for something I’ve already purchased?
Please come back to us within 7 days of purchase and we will happily consider your price promise request. Please note if your item is purchased on finance, the difference will be reimbursed to you either via a Beaverbrooks gift card, or you will need to complete a new finance agreement at the new price.
