Unsecure
I was brought these as a gift and absolutely love these but they don't clip into place securely. One fell out and was so upset I brought another pair meaning I had a spare, however again on 2 occasions I lost them. I wouldn't recommend.

Gutted
My husband bought me these as a surprise and I absolutely love them. I would give them a 5/5 but the clasp comes undone easily and I've dropped the heart quite a few times but in the house so I've always managed to find it. I've just come back from shopping however , and the earring came loose and the heart is nowhere to be seen, having searched the shop!. I'm so disappointed as they're my favourite earrings and don't really want to buy another set for a heart. Do you sell hearts singularly so I can buy one?

towards the end of 2021, my mum bought be these earrings, however one of the earrings came out, i found the hoop but cannot find the heart. is there anyway for the heart to be replaced as i love these earrings and they were a gift. thank you.

Really disappointed with these earings they come undone so easily, when you close them it doesn’t feel secure I lost one of mine so upset as they are lovely ☹️

Lost heart… so upsetting
Absolutely devastated to lose a heart 2 weeks into receiving these from my husband.
