Your Black Friday jewellery or watch purchase will arrive within two working days for standard delivery orders placed before 4pm. For next day delivery orders placed before 8pm Monday – Friday and 7pm Saturday – Sunday, your order will arrive the next working day.

We offer Standard Delivery (free on orders over £30), Next Day Delivery (free on orders over £75), Nominated Day Delivery (free on orders over £350), Click & Collect (free on orders over £30) or Reserve In-Store. Find out more on our delivery options here.

You can pay for your Black Friday purchase in full using a Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Interest Bearing Credit (V12 Retail Finance) and Beaverbrooks gift cards.

We hope you love your Black Friday jewellery or watch, but just in case it’s not right for you, you can return your unworn item within 30 days via post or your nearest store. Providing the alternative size is in stock, you can exchange your Black Friday purchase within 30 days via post or your nearest store. Just make sure it’s unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Find out more information here.
