I became part of the Beaverbrooks family in August 2010 and my passion for this truly inspiring company has continued to grow ever since.

I joined the Nottingham branch as a Retail Sales Consultant. After the infectious induction training, I knew Beaverbrooks was where I wanted to develop my career.

Through having a fantastic support network and a wonderful team of colleagues around me, I quickly became settled in my role at Nottingham. I have since progressed through the supervisor role and I am now the Assistant Branch Manager. This role has taught me so much - from coaching and developing our team to giving feedback and celebrating successes. I truly appreciate what it’s like to work for such a wonderful company.

I have been privileged to attend many training courses through my nine years at Beaverbrooks, from watch brands to supervisor workshops. These have all played a vital part in my progression, especially being successful at gaining a position on the management development program. This is a course that’s aimed at Retail Sales Consultants and Supervisors who are interested in becoming an Assistant Branch Manager and ultimately Branch Managers.
