The Prize
The Prize draw is brought to you by Beaverbrooks The Jewellers Ltd of Adele House, Park Road, St. Annes On Sea, Lancashire, FY8 1RE. Registered in England under number 321773.
The Prize is one Beaverbrooks Gift Card (Christmas Promotional £50 off £200 or £200 off £1,000) loaded to the value of £1,000, to spend on any items of watches, diamonds and/or jewellery in any Beaverbrooks store or online at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk.
There are 100 (one hundred) Prizes to be claimed.
Subject to Terms & Conditions stated on the back of your gift card and detailed in full above under “Terms & Conditions”.
The Prize is exclusively as stated. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred, exchanged, refunded, or transferred and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
If a Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Beaverbrooks’ control, a Prize which in Beaverbrooks sole discretion is of equal or greater value will be provided. The Prize is only redeemable by the named winner. It must not be sold on.
Qualifying criteria
To be eligible to receive one of 100 (one hundred) Prizes, customers must have subscribed to receive Beaverbrooks Mail and / or Email communications before 7th October 2024.
No purchase is necessary to qualify.
All qualifying customers will be automatically included in the Prize draw and will receive Beaverbrooks 2024 Christmas Promotional Mailing and / or Christmas Promotional Emails.
The promotion is open to UK residents only aged 18 years of age or over, excluding current or previous employees, or any parties associated with the administration of the Prize draw.
Winner selection
Beaverbrooks will pre-select 100 (one hundred) unique winners at random from all qualifying customers.
Each qualifying customer will receive a Beaverbrooks Mail and / or Email communication including a unique code to receive £50 off £200 or £200 off £1,000 to spend at Beaverbrooks. Customers must check their unique offer code in order to understand if they have won the Prize (in addition to being eligible to receive £50 off £200 or £200 off £1,000).
Customers can find out if they’ve won the Prize by entering their unique code at beaverbrooks.co.uk/club-offer or by visiting any Beaverbrooks store nationwide and presenting their promotional gift card or email.
How to redeem the Prize
The Prize must be redeemed in full before close of business on 24th December 2024 or online by 23:59 24th December 2024, after which date the Prize is no longer available to be claimed in store or online at beaverbrooks.co.uk, and after this date all winning offer codes will be void. Should any monies remain on a winning card (Prize), these monies will be wiped from the cards after the closing date.
To redeem the Prize online customers must enter their unique promotional code “Card Number” or “Code” (either as received on Email, or as shown on the reverse of the £50 off £200 or £200 off £1,000 Gift Card) in the Promotional Code box at checkout (on beaverbrooks.co.uk).
To redeem the Prize in store, customers can visit any Beaverbrooks store nationwide before close of business 24th December 2024 presenting their unique code received via Email, or their promotional gift card received by Mail.
In consideration of being awarded the Prize the winner may be asked by Beaverbrooks to take part in publicity related to the subject of the promotion and may be asked to confirm if they will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the entrant’s name, photograph (which they will provide on request) and statements made by the entrant concerning the promotion and/or Prize.
